www.bhojascollection.com shipping and handling charges are intended to address the cost of processing, handling, packing, transporting and delivering the products you purchased.

SHIPPING POLICY

At present, www.bhojascollection.com only ships to addresses in PAKISTAN. Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses.
www.bhojascollection.com offers several modes of delivery for your order. These include Standard delivery time of selected courier service.

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within three business days of the order’s approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM PST usually ship the next business day. Please refer to your shipment confirmation e-mail for delivery details. The www.bhojascolection.com fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays.

All orders are subject to approval before they can be fulfilled.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Bhojas Collection  delivers packages via Leopards. Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. Your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total merchandise charge for each delivery address.

STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES AND FEES

• Track your order through the Leopard website using the Leopard tracking number provided in your shipment’s confirmation e-mail.

• Expect delivery within four to six business days.

• Shipping is available only in PAKISTAN. Special rates apply outside the PAKISTAN.

• Shipping charges are calculated for each ship-to-address.

• Weekend and holiday delivery is not available.

• Based on size and/or weight, certain items bear a shipping surcharge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Bhojas Collection is pleased to source the quality products of well known brands like Tescoma, OMAK, Prestige, Symphony and so on.. We believe the quality and craftsmanship in each item provide years of satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from bhojas Online outlet please return the unopened item for an exchange or refund of its value within 7 working days. The following policies apply to all returns: • The original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns. • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
